Terms & Agreement

Brian Livingston, LLC, considers it critical at the beginning of business to establish an understanding with each Client of our terms and agreements though both verbal consultation and written documentation.

Each Client is asked to read and sign a Services Agreement and a Rate Schedule form.  These forms provide the owner with a wealth of information regarding our rates and the services we provide.

Every dog is unique and to ensure we understand the needs of your dog, we ask the Client to complete an Intake Form which will provide us with information regarding health, habits, and previous experiences.

We seek the long term relationship with each Client.  This relationship is built through a clear understanding of how we operate and subsequent trust of what you can expect from us concerning the care and show career of your dog.
